Here is my take on recipe
Ingrediants
1 bunch cilantro5-6 green chili
1/2 inch ginger
1/3 cup peanut
1 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 mint leaves or 1 tsp dried mint leaves
Salt per taste
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 inch green bell pepper
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients in blender. Add only little water as needed and blend well to a smooth paste. You can store it in freezer for about 3 weeks. Just thaw it before use. However taste best when fresh. Enjoy with breads, patty or dosa of your choice.PS: My blog has all the recipes without Onion and Garlic
