Veg Schezwan Noodles

Noodles has always been on my Favorite list!!  I keep exprementing with them. This is by far the bestest Noodles I made so far. So yum, so delicious!! Looking at pictures makes me crave for noodles now :)

Ingredients

1 pck Chings Noodles
Mix shredded veggies
Carrots, Red Green Bell Pepper, Cabbage, Ginger
2-3 Slitted chilis
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Chili sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Tomato Puree
2-3 Tbsp Oil( I made this one using Sesame Oil)

Procedure

-Boil Noodles in water and salt for about 7-10 min, Till just abt tender. DO NOT OVERCOOK or even Full cook. Drain the water and run the noodles through cold water. This will ensure that it stops cooking completely. Keep it refrigerated for at least 30 mins before cooking. Cooking the noodles right is the Key!

Cut the required veggies. Make sure to take almost same quantity as Noodles if not more.

Take a Wok and Let it get heated well, Add the sesame oil and add ginger and chili, Saute for a few sec. Keep doing it on high flame only.

Add all the veggies together , except the cabbage and Saute it for a min or 2.

Now add Cabbage, Mix well. Add The sauces, Vineger and Little salt. Mix well and Add The Noodles. Let it cook for few mins on high heat. Just drizzle the noodles with little sesame oil once you turn off heat

Serve it sizzling hot with your choice of  gravy.
